My favourite book of all time is Deathless by Catherynne Valente. Every word seems to have been cut from velvet, her use of language is gorgeous. It's magical and dark and glittering, and it's honestly magnificent. I felt really inspired to create something to celebrate how much it means to me, so this is what I came up with.
